Topographic context

The inscription was acquired, along with other by Gustavo Marques in 1969 during an archaeological visit to Torre dos Namorados, according to his unpublished personal records; It seems that both came from nearby lands, where there were abundant ancient remains.

Unaccounted for ever since, it has now been located in the possession of his heirs
