Translation (Sánchez Natalías 2022, 129):
"To the gods of the underworld: I ask that you consent to hear the case against Luxsia, daughter of Aulus Antestius. May illness afflict her head, heart, thoughts, health, vitality, her entire body day after day. And if you attend to the request that I make, I will reward you for your help. "
